VISA SUPPORT

List of Documents for a Spanish Student Visa Application

Prepare your key documents

Below is a detailed overview of the documents required to apply for a student visa at the Consulate of Spain. Please note that the exact list may vary slightly depending on the country of application; however, the information below reflects the most comprehensive standard requirements. We strongly recommend reviewing each point carefully.

1. Official Admission Letter from the Educational Institution (Matrícula)

The primary and mandatory document for obtaining a Spanish student visa is the official admission letter issued by an accredited educational institution in Spain. This document is commonly referred to as the matrícula.

The admission letter serves as the legal basis for your visa application.

We assist you in enrolling in a long-term Spanish language course at a preferential tuition rate.

2. Proof of Accommodation

Spanish authorities typically require official confirmation of accommodation in the city or region where you will be studying in Spain.

This document must demonstrate that you have secured housing for your selected period of stay.

Available Options

1. Our Team assist you in reserving a room in a shared apartment, a private studio, or a full apartment directly through our trusted partners.

In this case, you will receive:

A formal rental contract or booking confirmation

Payment confirmation (as required by the Consulate)

These documents must be submitted as part of your visa application.

2. If your chosen educational institution offers accommodation services, you may reserve housing directly through the school with our coordination and support.

3. Medical Insurance

You must have private medical insurance issued by a company authorized to operate in Spain.

The policy must provide full coverage equivalent to the Spanish public healthcare system and be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

We work with trusted insurance providers and assist you in obtaining a policy that fully complies with student visa requirements.
